McDonald's on Smith?Worst news I've heard about Brooklyn in a year. And why do they have to take up TWO storefronts??It's highly unlikely it'll happen, but with any luck, they'll go out of business like TGIF on Fulton.
Smith Street could be going down. Lucky Jeans, now McDonald's. Wonder if they'll have a drive-in?
Brooklyn Heights -- like a citadel on a hill. The trees run along the Promenade. Under the Promenade are the two levels of the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway; at ground level is Furman Street.
