Swimming Under the Brooklyn Bridge -- Is This Safe?

- Get down to the waterfront in Dumbo for the second annual Brooklyn Bridge Swim Saturday at 1:45 p.m. The race starts on the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge, continues along the southern side of the bridge, then north along the seawall of Empire-Fulton State Park to the beach in Brooklyn Bridge Park. After the race, everybody's heading to the Water Street Restaurant at 66 Water Street in Dumbo. NYC Swim
