Water Rains Up at Brooklyn Borough Hall

In most places in New York, when it rains the water goes down through sewers, grates and drains. So we find it striking that the water gushes up through this manhole near Brooklyn Borough Hall whenever it even looks like rain.

Not that there's anything wrong with that. We're just saying.
