Police Catch Creep Who Mowed Down 9-Year-Old Brooklyn Girl, Then Cursed Her


He was speeding and driving without a license. Before driving off, he got out of the car and cursed at her as she lay critically injured on the street.

What do you do with a guy like this?

    Tie him to a pole and let the neighborhood people do whatever they want
