Hi McBrooklyn, Your Basil looks better than mine... I am weeks from my first batch of pesto. Lately, instead of pine nuts, I have been using blanched almonds. A bit less fat, a bit cheaper and tastes just as good.
Mint has been growing in abundance in my little patch of garden this year. We are making lots of iced mint tea.
