Art is supposed to be all over the "streets, sidewalks, storefronts, elevators, lobbies, the water, the waterfront, parks" and more and more. Hope it's waterproof.Luckily, a number of the exhibit spaces are inside -- more than 100 artists will open their studios to the public, and at the new Galapagos Art Space will feature cutting edge video art.
The festival runs from 7 PM tonight, September 26th through Sunday evening.
Sunday will probably be our best shot for the outdoors exhibits.
