After only a third of the units at 1 Brooklyn Bridge Park were sold, sales have essentially stopped, according to an analysis of a Bloomberg report by the Brooklyn Eagle.
"No one really knows how long the 'drying up' period will last, and therefore the unsold units," according to the Eagle -- but the implications for Brooklyn Bridge Park, slated to be supported by revenue streams from the real estate plopped down in the middle of the park, are not good.
