Oops! Frozen Fountain at Brooklyn Borough Hall

Funny how this sub-freezing weather just kind of creeps up on you. One minute you got a gushing cascade, next minute you got icicles.

The Parks Department came out around 8:30 a.m. to turn off this lovely (but rapidly solidifying) fountain in front of Brooklyn Borough Hall.
