The Jersey barrier separating the bike lane from Tillary Street is suddenly a thing of beauty, covered with flowers and bumblebees.It turns out that the Downtown Brooklyn mural was created by high school-age artists as part of a collaboration between the Groundswell Community Mural Project and the city Department of Transportation.
