Cobble Hill Gets Ready for Halloween

For those with little children, Cobble Hill Park will be ground zero at 4 p.m. Halloween afternoon. The costume parade will set off behind the Jah Pan Steel Drum Band, then the older kids will trick-or-treat around the neighborhood.
