Homeless On Jay Street

No matter the weather, a homeless lady sleeps on the same spot every night and into the morning on the busy sidewalk in front of the old MTA building on Jay Street in Downtown Brooklyn.

A call to 3-1-1 revealed that homeless services has visited her many times -- in fact knew her by name. She just doesn't want to be anywhere other than where she is.
