Beware of Clowns with Backpacks

 The Sneaker Spot Clown takes a break in front of the shoes etc. store at 519 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Yelp commenters don't exactly love the place. Maybe the clown is a way to keep 'em laughing.
