Looks pretty, almost like grass, but it will literally burn your skin off.The Brooklyn Eagle stuck a meat thermometer into the synthetic turf in Cadman Plaza Park in Brooklyn Heights / Downtown Brooklyn yesterday and found it was 152 degrees -- hot enough to broil a steak medium rare.
