Best Time to Shop At the New Gap in Downtown Brooklyn

In spite of hearing about crazy lines at the new Gap outlet store at 400 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn, McBrooklyn decided to check out the sales yesterday.

Here's what we learned: 10:30 in the morning is the time to shop. We breezed in, had our pick of the dressing rooms, got all the help we needed from the sales staff, and flounced out the door with two shirts -- one 30 percent off and one some other ridiculously low price.

Time to shop: 20 minutes. Waiting time at cashier: 0 minutes.
