A mother's life is full of woe: The son of Angela "Big Ang" Raiola, a star in VH1's "Mob Wives," has been arrested for allegedly dealing cocaine and Oxycodone in Brooklyn. He surrendered in Bay Ridge yesterday, SILive reports.
Big Ang can't be too hard on the boy, however. According to The Smoking Gun, she herself once worked as a cocaine dealer. At the time of her arrest in 2001, Raiola’s handbag contained 14 small plastic bags containing coke.
Ang's uncle was the late notorious gangster Salvatore “Sally Dogs” Lombardi, former capo of the New York City Genovese crime family, reports VH1. Big Ang was born and raised in Brooklyn.
Big Ang is so popular with mob reality fans, she may be getting her own TV show on VH1. More at SILive and NBCNewYork.
