NYC Light Brigade Brings "Practice Peace" to Brooklyn Bridge Park

The NYC Light Brigade, which uses lights for activism, set up this sign made of individual glowing letters within sight of the blue September 11 Tribute in Light last night. Each letter was held by a barely-visible person.
