Shots Fired in Crown Heights, Monday at Midnight

From the scanner: Just before midnight on Monday, calls came in to NYPD of a male Hispanic shooting a gun into the air in Crown Heights.

The man was reportedly wearing a green sweatsuit.

His reported location was St. John's Place at Utica Ave.
