From the scanner:
At 1:33 p.m. Sunday, dispatch described a person at Brooklyn Bridge Park's Pier 2 having difficulty breathing. "By the baskerball court," the dispatcher said.
A minute later, another dispatcher repeated the request for help, but said the location was on "Montague Street and the Heights Prominade, by the basketball court."
At 1:39 p.m., a responder radioed the dispatcher, asking, "What's the location?" Dispatcher answered, "Pier 2, Brooklyn Bridge Park."
At 1:45 p.m. responder at the scene on portable radioed the dispatcher asking, "Is the bus responding to Brooklyn Bridge Park? Send them to the entrance to the substation on Furman Street. There's an entrance there."
Nothing further over scanner.

Lots of luck to anyone living in cobble Hill, Red Hook & Brooklyn Heights, or anyone even being in that vicinity when they suddenly need medical assistance. They'll be out of luck. This poor guy who couldn't breathe waited over 12 minutes and the ambulance still didn't know where to go to find him. Hope wasn't dead by the time they finally got there.
