Perfect answer. For all: There is a flatbed truck (somewhat like the old seltzer trucks) that delivers frozen nitrogen to customers on Remsen Street. The nitrogen delivery man sticks a hose running from a big tank of nitrogen into smaller metal containers, like the one seen in this photo. When he turns the knob, nitrogen flows into the smaller container, while clouds of frozen nitrogen billow out and create a fog that obscures much of the truck. It's impressive!
