Marijuana Smoker on 2 Train Claims He Has a Bomb Strapped to His Body

Emergency responders are headed to the 2 train at Flatbush after receiving a report of a man smoking marijuana and claiming to have a bomb strapped to his body.

The call came in at roughly 10:25 p.m. Wednesday night.
