Post Hermine, Beaches and Pools Reopen in NYC

 Surf's up! Now that the danger from storm Hermine has passed, NYC Parks has opened city beaches to swimming, bathing, and surfing starting immediately.

Pools will also be open. (In every borough, call 311 for the pool nearest to you.)
