With T.G.I Friday's out of the space once occupied by the late lamented Gage & Tollner, 372 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn is up for grabs.
As the area around the old restaurant space becomes red hot (as a result of the Downtown Brooklyn Plan), residents and court house denizens wonder when they'll get a really decent eatery again.
Gage & Tollner was -- until 2004 -- New York's oldest continuously running restaurant.
