Day Care Center Leases Ground Floor of BellTel Lofts

A big federal day-care center for children will occupy most of the ground floor of the BellTel Lofts in Downtown Brooklyn, according to Crain's New York. The center, scheduled to open by next spring, is considered a coup for the condo’s developer Clipper Equity, says Crain's.

Crain's also says that a lease is out for an upscale market at Toren.
