A couple of guys take a walk Friday morning in the quickly falling snow at Cadman Plaza Park in Downtown Brooklyn/ Brooklyn Heights.St. Charles Borromeo Church is considering new plans for the parish’s historic school building at 23 Sidney Place in Brooklyn Heights. The school, which had been in poor financial shape, closed in February 2007 after a fire. Now we read in the Eagle that Catholic Charities is exploring the possibility of starting a Montessori program in the building.

Pedestrians are still locked out of the main thoroughfare of Brooklyn Borough Hall's Columbus Park, which is being used by judges for parking while the lot next to the Supreme Court building (pictured above) is being renovated.
