Too bad they couldn't get around to fixing it before the rainiest spring since the Great Flood.
The tarp on top of 20 Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights has been torn to shreds since February and all kinds of complaints have been filed, but now, according to the Brooklyn Eagle, the giant hole in the roof of the old Peaks Mason Mints building (AKA "Candy Factory") might get fixed.
Wonder if birds have been making their nests inside the disintegrating penthouse apartment? (Or with this spring's weather, maybe alligators.)
