The Brooklyn Heights Blog gives us the heads up on The Sublet Experiment, a romantic comedy by Ethan Youngerman that will take place in a "real-life apartment" on Willow Street between Pierrepont and Clark Streets, from April 12 - 29 .
This reminds us of Ed Schmidt's noted apartment dinner- theater/church service "The Last Supper" which we experienced a couple of years ago, after it moved from his Brooklyn home to a Manhattan apartment. Schmidt is now hosting Dumbolio, a monthly variety show performed in the powerHouse Arena in Dumbo. The March 10 event will features singer-songwriter Taylor Mac; Scotty the Blue Bunny; corporate motivational speaker Thomas L. Bolster; the nude self-portrait photographer NakedGuyNYC; and painter Marina Pavlutskaya. Sounds like quite a party. (http://dumbolio.com/index.html)
