Major Median Work in Downtown Brooklyn

DOT is building a major extension to the planted median along Boerum Place to Atlantic Avenue, a construction project that makes driving on Boerum Place a bit dicey during rush hour.

This is part of a number of planned improvements to Downtown Brooklyn's Boerum Place corridor, including installing a network of water catchment basins to prevent overflowing after heavy rains.
