Sarah Ryley, writing for the Brooklyn Daily Eagle reports that evicted Coney Island entrepreneur Dianna Carlin said that most business tenants in the amusement district were “forced” to sign a confidentiality clause with developer Thor Equities that prohibited all public comments on the general topic of Coney Island development for the next four years.
