One Brooklyn Bridge Park "will transform Brooklyn living,” developer Robert Levine, president of RAL Companies & Affiliates LLC, told the Brooklyn Daily Eagle.
Apparently, lots of people want to be transformed. By April4, according to Curbed, there were more than 4,000 people who signed up to see the luxury co-ops.
Amenities in the huge ex-Jehovah's Witness building will include private riverfront cabanas, a fitness center and yoga/meditation room, children’s play rooms and art room, a golf simulator, and of course, a private public park.
As an added bonus, One Brooklyn Bridge Park (aka 360 Furman Street), is in Zone A. The Office of Emergency Management advises: "Residents in Zone A face the highest risk of flooding from a hurricane's storm surge ... Have your Go Bag ready in case you need to evacuate."
