The story that was circulating last week that the 38-story 16 Court St. might be developed as half residential, half commercial by its new owner is just a rumor, reports the Brooklyn Eagle.
New owner SL Green Realty Corp. confirmed what they said two weeks ago: the circa-1928 office tower will remain an office tower -- “a Class A boutique office building that will cater to the city functions and court-related functions that are already there.”
