Brooklyn BP Marty Markowitz hosted an appreciation ceremony for Brooklyn's volunteer auxiliary police on the plaza at Borough Hall Tuesday evening. Markowitz spoke out against gun violence, and prayed for the officers from the 71st Precinct recently shot in Prospect/ Lefferts Gardens.
