This 1920-era 5-story walk-up in Downtown Brooklyn (home to the famous Bridge Cleaners) snuggled under the elbow of Be@Schmerhorn sold for $2.7 million in December 2009. The building has13 rent-stabilized studio apartments.
The owners are trying to do some work in the building but the plans were disapproved on April 6.
