Brooklyn Soccer Players Come Equipped with Snow Shovels

The dedicated soccer players that use the synthetic field at Cadman Plaza Park in Brooklyn Heights got sick of running around (in shorts) in the snow, so they got out the shovels and cleared away a nice rectangular plot.

Later other teams latched onto the idea and started clearing away an area on the south end of the field -- not as completely, but we guess a little snow is nothing to a serious soccer man.
