These include the famous (USDA Meat and Poultry hotline, open till 2 p.m.; and the Butterball Turkey Talk Line -- 1-800- BUTTERBALL -- open till 6 p.m.) along with the odd what-to-do-with-leftovers hotlines. All Hotlines here.
