Brooklyn Heights neighbors are protesting the Bossert Hotel’s plan to build a rooftop bar and restaurant, citing worries about noisy crowds partying late into the night.
The two new owners swear that won't happen.
One of them was once on the Public Advocate’s worst landlord list, and the other was forced by a judge to turn down the music on top of another one of his rooftop bars.
So it's all cool, right?
