Bluegrass and Refreshments at Fall Civic Sweep in Park Slope, Oct. 19

 Put on your old clothing and help clean up Park Slope on Sunday, Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Pick up Sidewalk Litter | Weed & Mulch Tree Beds | *Paint Out Graffiti (*Adult Supervision is Required for Painting / Graffiti Removal)

Enjoy live bluegrass by Rick Snell and Friends. The Park Slope Civic Council will serve refreshments and provide all tools and supplies.

* Free Daffodil Bulbs *

LOCATION: 5TH Ave. between 3rd and 4th streets in front of Old Stone House / J.J. Byrne Playground / Washington Park

Bring unwanted electronics (i.e. working and non-working computers, monitors, printers, scanners, keyboards, mice, cables, TVs, VCRs, CD and DVD players, phones, A/V equipment, cell phones and PDAs) for recycling by the Lower East Side Ecology Center.  Volunteers will leave wearing "I Made Park Slope Cleaner Today" stickers.
