The sale of the Brooklyn Heights branch of the Brooklyn Public Library (BPL) to real estate developer the Hudson Companies for $52 million was approved Tuesday evening at the library’s board meeting.
The developer will replace the Heights branch with a smaller branch on the ground floor and part of the basement of a roughly 20-story luxury condo.
