This was on a flatbed truck in south Brooklyn Heights. Can you guess what it is?

We'll update this post in a bit.

I know it probably has to do with the Dumbo Arts Festival, or another Verizon or utility mystery pole installer (like that prior obelisk), but I'm too lazy to Google search and still feeling the effect of all that honey and apples.

Perfect answer.
For all: There is a flatbed truck (somewhat like the old seltzer trucks) that delivers frozen nitrogen to customers on Remsen Street. The nitrogen delivery man sticks a hose running from a big tank of nitrogen into smaller metal containers, like the one seen in this photo. When he turns the knob, nitrogen flows into the smaller container, while clouds of frozen nitrogen billow out and create a fog that obscures much of the truck. It's impressive!
