The Brooklyn Eagle reports that the proposed Home Depot along with its 214 housing units on Eighth Avenue in Bay Ridge has been put on hold, as the developer (Andrew Kohen, president of MSK Properties) "awaits an upturn in the housing market."
The 11-story, mixed-use development was designed by GreenbergFarrow, architects of the 65-story City Point project, on the site of the old Albee Square Mall in Downtown Brooklyn.
