We can finally stop climbing over the fence -- Cadman Plaza Park is officially open. It's been more than a year, but the synthetic turf (with its little toxic rubber pellets) is installed and the landscaping around it looks great. Sure, we've had our share of accidents on the running path, but now that the fence is down, the emergency rescue crews should have no trouble getting in.

I think the turf looks OK but the fake trees are really awesome.
I think the fake squirrels are a bit much.
Those little black rubber turds stick to you when you get sweaty.
