Lexus SUV, Volvo, Audi...clearly these are people who are too poor to park in a garage or take public transportation.
these cars are usually owned byt the federal agents, marshalls, police or court people. I guess they have the added priviledge of doing this when the rest of us can just go to hell!
I've noticed a lot of police and fire department cards in the front windshields of cars that park around there.
