Posters like this, which created a sensation at the checkout counter of the Montague Street Bagel Shop in Brooklyn Heights, may soon bite the dust.
The city's campaign to gross out smokers with grotesque images of cancer-riddled human lungs and other body parts was struck down Wednesday by a federal judge who ruled that only the federal government can require warnings related to cigarettes.
