Sexed Up Stoner Brooklyn H.S. Teacher Turns Herself In

James Madison High School in Marine Park, Brooklyn
A 37-year-old teacher turned herself in to Brooklyn’s Special Victims Unit today as the city decided to charge her for having sex with one of her teen-age charges.

According to the Brooklyn Eagle, Erin Sayar, a married mom, allegedly had sex “numerous times” with a 16-year-old student she was supposed to be tutoring. She also plied the lad with pot during their many "trysts," which allegedly took place in her office and SUV.

Sayar is an English teacher at James Madison High School -- the same school where three other teachers were thrown out for sex violations. (New York Magazine notes that it is the same high school that hosted an infamous lesbian sex romp between two teachers in 2009.)

The Eagle reports that mom and dad (shown in a very unhappy-looking photo) are getting ready for a big fat lawsuit, quaintly claiming that the city DOE is somehow supposed to be in charge of their teachers.

The NY Times reports that on Tuesday, Mayor Bloomberg endorsed a bill that would give school superintendents the last word on whether teachers facing sexual-misconduct accusations are fired.
