BB Empire Bagels is on the NW corner of Atlantic and Clinton and is very decidedly in Brooklyn Heights.

Let's just say that if you had one of their bagels, which aren't very good regardless of whether you're from Brooklyn or Canada, you wouldn't want to take credit for it being in your neighborhood.
