In addition to the rain, NOAA has extended its recent Space Weather Alert into Monday Tuesday, warning of the possibility of a minor massive magnetic storm, with an expected Geomagnetic K-index of 4 9.  The highest possible is 9.)

There is a slight fair chance of power grid or radio fluctuations. With a 3 on the Solar Radiation Scale of 1 - 5, passengers and crew in high-flying aircraft at high latitudes may be exposed to radiation risk.
