Hmm…Look around that electrical plant. Landlords have left almost every building vacant! Is this the plan? Parkland and homes for the rich?
Wouldn't want to live near the Con-Ed plant -- it makes your hair stand on end. But a park (even one contaminated with heavy metals -- that's a different story.
