The city's public park smoking ban went into effect last week, and with it came new signs on the Brooklyn Heights Promenade.
Finally, fresh air and relaxation on the Promenade -- if you don't count the truck exhaust (or, as commenters on the Brooklyn Heights Blog point out, skateboarders, stroller Nazis, screaming children, rude joggers, tourists taking pictures and hungry rats). Oh, and helicopters.
