Beginning on Monday, June 6, and continuing through Sunday, June 12, Brooklyn Pride and the Brooklyn Community Pride Center, in conjunction with Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz, will celebrate the week-long observance of LGBT pride in the borough, home to one of the city’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender populations.
The week of events includes a flag raising and reception at Borough Hall, fundraising dance, multicultural festival and parade, plus many special events. More details at Brooklyn Pride.
