Arrests, Pepper Spray As Wall Street Protests Wind Down for Wednesday Night

How Are the Protests Coming?

A couple of dozen arrests have been reported along with pepper spraying and beatings after protesters tried to knock down some barricades around the Wall Street area tonight.

Twitter posters are reporting (at 10 p.m.) that many protesters are returning to "Camp Liberty." They are also warning each other to watch out for "planted provocateurs."

According to the NY Daily News, the mass demonstrators against Wall Street greed, which may have drawn up to 20,000 including thousand of union sympathizers, were peaceful all day.
