Update: Missing Brooklyn Designer Ott Caught on Tape Walking Over Williamsburg Bridge

According to a friend of missing designer James "Jay" Ott, the NYPD found new surveillance footage showing Ott walking over the Williamsburg Bridge towards Manhattan at 5:02 a.m. on Sunday morning, Match 23.
